Surprised!!
I haven't been around much lately - been settling in and *stuff*.. nothing in particular... you know how time gets away from you. As i'm sitting here typing this, Zak is outside playing with the neighbourhood kids.. How cool is that. We live in a culdesac now so its great for the kids!
I was pleasantly surprised today - went to pick up the bond form from the old real estate and the owner has given me $60 worth of vouchers to use at www.gifted.com.au. A really nice thought - not necessary at all - they were great landlords! Soren and I spent all day Sunday at the old house cleaning it up and getting it ready for the owners. We planted some snapdragons and gave the yard a good going over. So i'm officially only responsible for one house again now - a relief!
Nothing much to report - same old same old really.

Glad to see you back. :) Haven't been around myself for a couple of days actually..LOL Been busy also.
Don't you hate that 'in between' house moves..when there are 2 houses that you are responsible for and you're worried about both etc etc. Gee I hate that.
How nice of the landlords to give you the vouchers? You must have been a great tenant! Thats a really lovely gesture.
I'm always happy to hear things like this..people appreciating others who rely on them..like landlords. Too often we hear about bad tenants or nasty landlords/real estate agents but there really are some great people around.
