Who are the people in your neighbourhood......

Well, I'm certainly getting to know the kids in the neighbourhood. Normally Zak goes to the neighbours place - Yesterday they all came here. Holy crap! There were five of them here - and it was certainly an eye opener. Remember I'm one of those mum's who only has one. Having five here felt like we were having a birthday party! I don't know how those with more than one (my sister included - she has four!) do it. It was nice that they came here for a while but man... hopefully it doesn't happen every day!

Really windy in Brisvegas today... . My normally glamourous hairdo is reduced to a look not disimilar to bed hair (now... how long has it been since I've had to worry about that - lol - I'll spare you all the exact number of days :p).

Back to work today after my couple of days bedrest with this damn head cold. And oh yes, I'm feeling much better . Man, what a day... I was dreading going through my work emails - and for good reason - my worry was justified . Everything that could have gone wrong did . Just glad I wasn't there to suffer the wrath of my boss yesterday...

Friday tomorrow - woohoo!

Am looking forward to another weekend. Only four weeks until I finish for the year!

And I'm an ebayaholic... Sigh... Over the last couple of weeks I've had all kinds of Bon Jovi *stuff* arrive.. lol.. crazy I know - I just can't control myself...

I've been quiet the last couple of weeks.. nothing much happening here.. same old same old... work has been a nightmare - no other way to describe it. But it pays the bills eh!

Had my best bud over last night - she's been spending a bit of time here - she's engaged to a dude in the State's and he's over there.. long (but interesting) story - might share it one day. She's a bit of a booze hag (ok a lot of a booze hag :p) but love her to death. She bought some cowboy shots and margarita mix and tequila over.. man.. what a night.. we drank lots and sang 80s tunes really badly. In amongst all of that we decided to have an 80s glam rock party at her place in the new year.. can't wait!

Finally did some scrapping this weekend - only a swap commitment though for Scraphappy.. Maybe i'll do some during the week.. The latest FK (I think its FK) has a couple of Peta's digi layouts in them - love her work!

Anyway.. thats all I've got time for..
